All orders placed on denimtearsus.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays and weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We cannot make any updates to your order once tracking has been generated.

If you select expedited shipping, this shipping method will not go into effect until your package has been picked up by the courier.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery.

Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to our shipping facility by UPS due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked.

DELIVERY
We are committed to improving our service and our customers’ shopping experience. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 3 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.

We use DHL\UPS\EMS\FedEX for shipping and per order need Shipping fee $15 per order. Free shipping when your order over $50.
